Passion In my life

Passion In my life

I've never posted here and have no photo or anything that anyone can see, thought I'd share with everyone out there in cyberland what the passion in my life is. Getting everyone to realize that having cancer isn't the end of the world, and knowing that you're terminal is the end of your life as you know it or have known it, but it's not the end of your life. I am passionate about speaking out to others to help them realize that life does go on if they choose it to go on, or it ends if they choose it to as well. I've had cancer (breast cancer) now for 13 years, it was idle for 10 of those years, but it's been back for 3 which has led to a different style of life, somewhat limited in physical activity since the last 3 years has been somewhat cramped by chemo for most of that time frame, but it didn't deaden my spirit for life, it doesn't have to deaden that spirit for living and loving, it just changes the way it can be expressed. I work full time as what I like to call a patient advocate primarily for the senior community. I also work towards improving the resource availability for those with cancer. This is where my passion lies, cancer, well, I may have it and it may really like me, but I can live with it for as long as it agrees to share my physical body.

It is amazing and inspiring that you are embracing your life and found new passion due to the cancer. Women like you are truly strength for others in the same situation, trying to figure out how to cope.

i speak french, so please excuse my mistake in the English.
my dear and great brave heart woman. i will not say that i am sorry for you having cancer, we are human, and diseases affects everyone. by carrying it for all those years, you fought with it, and some how you won and still winning, cause today u can talk about it. life is a continuous fight and God never gives us what we cannot handled. deep inside of you dear u r fighting that cancer, and you have shown to every one that we can make it happen with faith, with believe and with decision. by talking about it today, you relieved yourself from a pain, for not wanting no one to know about that. every one on earth has something to fight with. i have a problem named HELLP SYNDROME, that hurted me so much in the past, i have lost pregnancy's from that, i have lost a son (Ybraim) from that and that pain is still in me, but i have to leave with it, God gave me a son (Gamal) after some very hard pregnancy moment, but today i am free to talk about it. that HELLP SYNDROME is not known by woman, but it is there. Cancer is a hard thing to deal with, but by talking about your experience, you will help millions of other men an women to overcome it. you are a woman, wish mean your are a great star for the world. keep fighting, keep praying and God will give you the strength to deal with it.
it is very important to put a photo of you, your face will be a great confonrt for all.
