Greetings fellow Bravehearts!

After discovering my own "braveheart" connection some months ago, it has become infinitely clear, that our ancestors are here to assist us.

For all those who are willing to open their hearts and take action towards creating a more balanced world, there is a lineage of support that is anxious to help us.

Generations upon generations of the brave and heroic woman from the past - are here again now - to encourage us from within - and stand by our side during this time of transformation.

For me, as with most, this discovery started with the realization that if I wanted more fulfillment in life, I was going to have to change the way I felt about myself from the inside out.

It was during my journey within, that I discovered how deep the wounds of past suffering could be imbedded. Not only my own past...but the pasts of many before me. The idea that past lives could effect the condition of my current wellness, relationships, job etc....seemed far fetched at first....but as soon as I delved in....I needed no more convincing.

Several months ago, a series of synchronicities lead me to a folder containing the lineage from my Mother's side of the family (she passed just over a year ago). The previous night I had began doing some deep clearing work with a mentoring group.

The focus that particular night in our group was to discover the protective filters we may have drawn to ourselves from past harmful experiences. Our intent was to release trapped energy from the past...to keep it from restricting us from what we are trying to manifest in the present....and to keep it from passing along into future generations. It was VERY powerful and revealing.

So....Upon discovering the "miss-filed" folder from the same spot where I was looking for something else...I immediately noticed the words "past, present and future" written in my Mother's handwriting on the front cover. Do Do Do Do.

The document on top of the stack inside was copied from records from Edinburgh Scotland and old family Bibles...... It turnes out I'm related to about half the cast from BRAVEHEART!

What a brutal time period! Sir Robert Kinkead, my direct link, not only fought alongside William Wallace, he was sent on an unsuccessful journey to the Holy Land with the "Actual heart", of his first cousin, Robert Bruce!

Yikes! Talk about a brutal time period! No fun to be a woman then!....That night, I did some deep meditation and muscle testing, and focused on the years between the late 1200's and early 1300's.

Wow! When I got to some deep questions about Trust and Betrayal - I started shaking and crying like a baby - but just kept breathing into it....until I slowly calmed....

I then thought about the painful feelings I sometimes get now, and how they may have "spill over" from those earlier times. Then I realized the relativity of what I experienced that caused that pain in my current life - compared to what they had to live through in those days - and suddenly found myself full of gratitude for what they had "protected me" from....... the "full" blow of what they must have experienced in their lifetimes.........

The filters they had to put in place to survive, were actually a GIFT!

In turn, my gift back to them was an offer to live fully, love fully and to experience joyfulness - through me - NOW! Then I asked for their GUIDANCE to help me to stay on track!

I actually Posted an account of that experience on my Mentoring groups Forum the next day titled "BraveHeart Connection". Here is an excerpt of the last line:

......"I also think it's quite interesting how the Classic Movie set in this time period was titled "BraveHeart".....What does it take for a heart to be brave??? Maybe ones that dare the highest of highs, and the lowest of lows??? - Blessings to all the bravehearts out there"

It's clear to me that our fore-sisters have experienced more than their share of the lowest lows.....and that they are now at our sides, just waiting for an invitation of help, to takes us to greater heights.

Since that original "Braveheart Connection" post - I have had many more amazing experiences and seen many many signs that our ancestor sisters are here with us in force. Standing by, and ready for us to call them in.

Now when I think of the Film BraveHeart - I see the Goddess/Mother on the back of that horse, (move over Mel), riding back an forth in front of rows and rows of hesitant woman, encouraging us to fight bravely for our Freedom. Freedom from the old belief systems and un-serving emotions that have held us back from our place of Origin. A battle cry to band together in the face of danger, so we can emerge victorious and bring the EARTH and all she holds back into balance.

Now THAT would certainly be the highest of highs!
