Healing what stands in the way

Healing what stands in the way

My heart is deeply touched by the number of women who struggle with self-empowerment and self-esteem. I am one of them.
It is my experience this results from the patterns that we received in our formative. Maybe your parents transferred directly their beliefs and wounds around empowerment and esteem. Or maybe you were shamed in your core when you shared your thoughts, your insights, your creative ventures.
It takes a lot of courage to embrace that dark part of ourself, to re-experience it will love and lift it into the light for healing.
There is no other way for me to achieve that goal.
Every time I open to the pain in my core of self-doubt and of shame and embrace it with compassion, it is transformed and I become that more empowered and increase my self-esteem.
So I am touched by all of our struggles and I hold the vision that we are transforming now, that showing up as our best and empowered self in just around the corner.

Bonnie,

Clearing and Releasing negative energy around Unhealthy Beliefs is so important. If you don't clear that which is buried deep inside you can try so hard to feel better, but the negative still sits in your subconscious. Once you start to clear and make room for the positive, your life changes.

To Life!

Hello Jan,

I agree on the importance of embracing the dark parts of ourselves with compassion and love! This subject is expressed in an amazing way by Pema Chodrin! Honoring and being present to what shows up in our lives is such a beautiful way for healing to take place! Stuffing things, even for the purpose of peace, puts us in a state of contraction that causes pain and blocks the flow of Divine Synchronicity!

May empowerment and self esteem be ours as we raise self doubt, shame, guilt or what ever is holding us down, into the light for healing!

Thanks for your words, Jan!

Blessings on your journey!

Love and peace and joy to you and all my BraveHeart Sisters!

Bonnie Lou
