Healing what stands in the way
My heart is deeply touched by the number of women who struggle with self-empowerment and self-esteem. I am one of them.
It is my experience this results from the patterns that we received in our formative. Maybe your parents transferred directly their beliefs and wounds around empowerment and esteem. Or maybe you were shamed in your core when you shared your thoughts, your insights, your creative ventures.
It takes a lot of courage to embrace that dark part of ourself, to re-experience it will love and lift it into the light for healing.
There is no other way for me to achieve that goal.
Every time I open to the pain in my core of self-doubt and of shame and embrace it with compassion, it is transformed and I become that more empowered and increase my self-esteem.
So I am touched by all of our struggles and I hold the vision that we are transforming now, that showing up as our best and empowered self in just around the corner.
