Are You Working Harder or Smarter?

I've been working so much these days, that I hadn't connected with anyone. I found this site written by a woman for women, and her focus is influence, persuasion and leadership. She pumps out great content twice a week, and each week, I feel a paradigm shift in the way I think and make choices. I hope you don't mind my sharing her content, I usually endorse people, places and things that have a positive impact in my life. Had to share this, it really resonated with me:

I enjoyed the article shared. It made some really good points. And I have to say I have been working harder and not smarter... so I see self-evaluation is in order and changes to be made...

Thanks soooo much Ana, for this important info! I have been struggling at my Co-Op, lately. "Harder" seems to be the name of the game. I Can Not committ to this belief....and was so glad to find this link! Karen is wonderful, and is just the spark I needed, to continue with my "creative edge" when it comes to "12 hours a day is not enough!" I love my "boss's" inspirational one-liner.....Let's have fun and make money......Without "fun"-the social(marketing) side of business, there isn't going to be enough money! Those who are working the looong hours are still complaining about not having enough!
I, on the other-hand am enjoying the social/bonding side of business. I am still limited by the belief that I must not create "waves" around those who are so limited. I guess I better get out my surf board again and ride that "perfect wave" I am creating!
Thanks again,
Much love and gratitude,
Sheila
