Tell us about you	I've been a healer all my life. I have raised 3 kids and I've been married for 25 years. My husband and I own a massage and movement business together called Groove Studio. I am a defender of Divine Femininity and enjoy being part of The Matriarchal Re-Birth. I love to perform and write Inspirational Rap. I love nature and go to the ocean often. My all time favorite exercise is Nia, a mind, body, spirit and emotion practice based on the JOY of movement. One of my favorite quotes is "normal is only a setting on a dryer."
