Bonjour Manon,
Yes, jealousy does take a toll on one's body and on one's emotions! Once I began to turn that feeling into admiration for the qualities or achievements I desired within me, I was able to tap into my own potential for developing them... my version of them, of course!
I do agree with you that becoming more appreciative of all that we do have will bring more of who we truly are!
As always, I so appreciate your comments... thank you Manon.

Bonjour DR Pamelaz! It is always so great to listen to your video ,always leave me in the"wow" of who you are.Yes my heart is now free of that green monster too... what a relief in one's body after we realise that What reside in our self is so much more... than our personal will that wish to desired or to acquired things or to be like others .Maybe just maybe becoming grateful for all that we do have will bring more of who we truly are...Thank you for your great insight Dr Pamelaz. bye for now with gratitude always...
