Dear Kristin,
I applaud you for taking "courageous action" in 2011! "Courageous action" is my mantra for this year and it certainly has put me face to face with my vulnerabilities many times.

It's interesting, but as soon as I connected with vulnerability I began noticing how many feminine leaders were also discussing the value of embracing this deep place within which you already recognize as "an image of me being a caring and vulnerable leader"

Great things do come from peeling back the layers and embracing the challenges that come with stepping into our vision. The reshaping of our image is, how I like to view it, creating space for a new Self image to emerge...and it's essential for stepping into the possibility of our lives. I applaud your courage and would love to hear more about your passion...

Love Monica

Wow Monica!

I had really been struggling with my inside tormentor a couple weeks back, and I watched the movie, Peaceful Warrior. It put me into the sense of vulnerability that you are speaking of. 2011 has been a challenging year because I have jumped head first into a completely different career path based off of caring and love for others. I am in progress of reshaping my image of being over needy and self centered to an image of being me (a caring and vulnerable leader). You helped me understand a little more that good things come from accepting my vulnerability. Thank You!
