Thank you for your thoughts,
Perhaps it is not my "identity" I am losing, although it sure feels like it!
This mask, as you suggest, was perhaps the most pervasive one as it was worn in all my roles. It was responsible for most of my concepts about myself and decisions I have made. I now accept they were based on a mask I put on before I was old enough to know. Now I can peel away yet another layer to embrace my Soul's energy and be even more open to peeling away additional layers as they arise.
Thank you for sharing your wisdom. I cherish this space where we can blossom together.

Dear Monica,
Riveting video. Brought so many things to mind. You're not losing your identity, you're simply releasing one of the masks you wear.
In our lives we wear many masks with each of the different roles we play and often our personality is different within each role.
Yet as you so wisely said, you are not the identity you were carrying. You are a unique special soul housed in that adorable human frame, that is also part of the universal river of infinite energy that was, is and will be long after the "identity" of Monica has left this earth.
