This is a wonderful video with a deeply profound message. Unfortunately.. everyone has their own process and timing/cycles and progression and it will be difficult to just "do" what this woman did in a day's or week's time. But, she tells us that she was ready to surrender and trust and we will all come to this point in our lives. This message will be supportive for those who are ready. Also, cultivating this trust within a group setting will be GREATLY beneficial. Great post ladies!!! Thank you :)
