I had extremely consistent with my commitment of staying active. Today a girlfriend and I conquered one heck of a journey! There is a HUGE letter "C" on the top of a mountain here, we wanted to hike to it. We took off at 10:00am from the bottom..... One hour and fifty mins later we got there!! It is extreme terrain, but a breathtaking view from the top. We got back down in just over an hour. (Which coming back down was much more difficult than I anticipated!) But we did it!!!! 3 1/2 hour hike today!
