The Power of Words - My Wish for You
7 Comments
Dear Kat, me too! When I saw it again my eyes filled with tears... Imagine if we changed our words and our thoughts! Started to focus on appreciation and gratitude of what we do have. If we started to treat ourselves with love and kindness, to nurture our bodies and give them the building blocks they need to flourish! Imagine how vibrantly healthy we would be and how much we could give to others. Much love to you! Alison I saw this video once before and when I watched it again it rought tears to my eyes fr asencond time. Not often do we see the world it terms of what we might not have but we already do. mostly we see what we want. I find that the time the the most grace, grattitude and benevolence occur when I sto to think about those who do not have what I have and that whatch I have is most precious and truly amazing. Thank you for the video Alison Ok Alison, I will have to tell you in private what happened. But what do I do first? Dear Dee Dee Meds are a last resort in my opinion. Probiotics are the friendly bacteria that live in your gut! The are the good guys that unfortunately get wiped out every time we take antibiotics. Generalized anxiety disorder, post traumatic stress syndrome and social phobias are so disruptive of our daily enjoyment and joy of life. Yet they do not have to rule the show. You have it within you to take responsibility and step up to bat with making changes in your life. You'll need to get really determined and approach your health challenges from a 360 degree point of view...diet, exercise, emotional healing, mediation, spiritual inspiration, etc. When you're ready to do that, you will be overjoyed by the results! Lღ√Ƹ Alison Alison, what are probiotics? I have PTSS and Gad. Social phobia. Lexapro not working. I need anti anxiety meds? Hi Dee Dee, Panic attacks are real and can be very uncomfortable. They can also be eliminated by lifestyle changes. Surprisingly one place we seldom think to look is in the gut. Yet that's where our second brain is located. When our gut isn't healthy, neither is our brain and we are open to depression and anxiety attacks. So look to address the health of your gut by introducing good probiotics. You may want to watch a video Your Second Brain or read an article I wrote on probiotics. Lღ√Ƹ Alison Alison, what about panic attacks?
