Making magnetic good vibes

Posted Jan 6, 2012 01:57 PM
Perhaps this happens to you too, where you wake up feeling disturbed and even grumpy. When we were kids we would hear our parents say that we woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I have noticed that this low mood can easily influence how my day progresses. It seems that it magnetizes things into my awareness that feel yucky. My brain is seeking out similar patterns and these mushrooming low vibration patterns are now contaminating my day and influencing how I react. They can also activate similar qualities in those people that I am interacting with. However, I don’t want to continue going down this road. So what can I do about it?

There are some preventative things I can do, especially when my practices are consistent and there for easily implemented. For instance, the practice of frequently checking in with myself to see how I am doing throughout my day. There are many techniques for helping oneself move into a better vibration that we can share with each other in the Mastermind Grove.

If I find myself in a low and poor vibration then judging it isn’t going to make it better. I can make peace with where I am and allow an Oxy breath. I like to stay still (“Be still and know I am”) and notice how my true state is of love and is much more expansive than being picky. Next I identify what is working in my life and why it is working for me. Doing this enquiry helps me to shift into a good vibe. Then I am in a more desirable vibration to make further enquiries as to what isn’t the way I want it to be and what would make it better and how I want to feel. From this good vibration I can attract inspired action and desirable circumstances.

Tell me and your sisters here about your experience magnetizing and how your vibration influences what you experience. I would also like to invite you to join some of your sisters and I in the Mastermind Grove where we are creating magnetic synergy for supporting one another in our blossoming.

Delightfully yours,

Debby

Hi Kat,
I so appreciate your insights and learn from you on how you have chosen to live, in spite of pain.
Thank you Kat for rounding this out further for me.

Hi Alison,
Your devotion to living your truth is inspiring and i am getting a better understanding of how you do this from your post reply. The story you told as it relates to the Judgement Tree is enlightening. Thank you.

Delightfully yours.

Mastermind Grove - Where we pollinate ideas for fruition
Thank you for this post Debbie. I can feel your calm and loving energy through your writing.

This process of making peace with where I am, allowing an oxy breath and and checking in to a more expansive vibe of who I truly am inside is very much the same as I've been apply this year in my healing journey.

Waking up on the "wrong side of the bed," is a frequented experience for those waking up with pain sustained from injuries. This was the experience I chose to learn from this year.

When I take my oxybreaths now I feel the words "breathing in this present moment, breathing out my heart smiles."

It is amazing the power we all have to shift out of negative vibrations and into the good, where ever we are in our experience. Like my brother used to tell me, "get out of your rut and into your groove."

May you grow thrive and flourish Debbie. I appreciate you!
Debby, I so agree that our mood can determine our whole day. I like the techniques you mention here especially when you said judging is not going to make it any better.

It's a pleasure to share with you what works for me. Being connected within to my inner divinity and living in grounded joy and bliss is a passion of mine.

Accepting and being a witness to your emotions works so well. Check out the story I posted here as in every way it reflects how you can't judge the experiences in your life.

Choosing to be happy and raising my vibration is a choice I make daily and I use many different lifestyle techniques to accomplish that, including meditation, superfoods, exercise, hugs, laughter, gratitude, and inspiration. It takes and effort, but wow is it worth it!
