Do You Have Low Libido? Nourishment in the Fertility Phase
2 Comments
Dear Cindy, I do agree that stress and chaos can become so familiar that we forget what intimacy feels like. I feel one of the biggest misconceptions about personal evolution is that we think once we stop and notice ourselves, we may not like what shows up! When in fact, the opposite is true...we discover how good it feels and wonder why we have not been doing it all along (oh boy, that's sounding a bit kinky! lol) I encourage you to make "slowing down" your version of intimacy until it begins to feel comfortable enough to move deeper... Much love! Monica, wonderful message, sometimes being in stress and ciaos is more familiar then stepping into a place of love and acceptance to allow myself to slow down and notice the state we are in. It can be scary to stop and allow yourself to sit and be open to what gifts you have to offer and allow your passion and desire to shine thru. Its easier to play small then allow yourself to play on a much bigger scale. Thank you for reminding me to be kind to myself, sit and be still and open, and not feel that by being busy is not necessarily a good state to be in. Nurturing our libido in more ways then one, can only give us blessings on many levels My gifts will not be able to shine thru until I slow down. Much Love Cindy xoxoxo
