"U.S. employers continued to add jobs in April, at a pace above forecasts but still relatively slow.
The Labor Department reported Friday that 165,000 jobs were added for the month, and that the unemployment rate fell to 7.5% from 7.6%.

Dear BHW Sisters, What a year this has been! ... ... ... IF I didn't have to deal with the news which makes the front pages of our daily newspapers ... this would be considered an awesome year ... Sooo many interesting things have been happening and ... this fine morning as I posted the processes I engage in EVERY morning, I was sooo pleasantly surprised at the progress made that I couldn't help but beam ... I AM happy ... very happy! ... I have mastered what I sought out to master years ago ... The "test," of course, lies ahead ... but ... I passed that "test" in 2008, so I think I AM more than prepared to deal with it once again should the circumstances present themselves ... I have met sooo many interesting people in my travels across this awesome land ... good, decent people ... all striving in their own way to master what I have ... We compare notes and share insights ... and all I can say is ... it IS simply awesome! ... ... ... The Universe in its infinite wisdom .... Juval Aviv says that the U.S. Government has in force a plan that, in the event of another terrorist attack, will immediately cut-off EVERYONE's ability to use cell phones, as this is the preferred communication source used by terrorists and is often the way that their bombs are detonated. How will you communicate with your loved ones in the event you cannot use phones, internet? Bottom line, you need to have a plan !
If you believe what you have just read, then you must feel compelled to send it to every concerned parent or guardian, grandparents, uncles, aunts, whatever and whomever. Nothing will happen if you choose not to do so, but in the event it does happen, I promise this particular email will haunt you.

Do you know who Juval Aviv is? He was Golda Meir's bodyguard and the Israeli Agent upon whom the movie ' Munich ' was based. Golda Meir appointed him to track down and bring to justice the Palestinian terrorists who took the Israeli athletes hostage and killed them during the Munich Olympic Games. In a lecture in New York City a few weeks ago, Aviv shared information that EVERY American needs to know, but that our government has not yet shared with us.
A little background:
• Aviv predicted the London subway bombing on the Bill O'Reilly show on 'Fox News', stating publicly that it would happen within a week. At the time, O'Reilly laughed and mocked him, saying that in a week he wanted Aviv back on the show. Unfortunately, within a week the terrorist attack had occurred.
• Juval Aviv also gave intelligence to the Bush Administration about 9/11 a month before it occurred. His report specifically said that they would use planes as bombs and target high profile buildings and monuments... I think we all know what happened, right?
• Congress has since hired Aviv as a security consultant. Aviv predicts that the next terrorist attack on the U.S. will occur within the next few months . Forget hijacking airplanes, because he says terrorists will NEVER try hijacking a plane again as they know the people on board will never go down quietly again. Aviv says that our airport security is a joke 'that we have been reactionary' rather than proactive in developing strategies that are truly effective.
Example 1: Because an idiot tried to light his shoe on fire, now everyone has to take off their shoes.
Example 2: A group of idiots tried to bring aboard liquid explosives, and now we can't bring liquids on board. He says he's waiting for some suicidal maniac to pour liquid explosive on his underwear; government security will then have us all traveling naked! Last but not least, our airport security looks for metal, but the new explosives are made of plastic!
Currently, our government only focuses on security when people are heading to the gates. Aviv says that if a terrorist attack targets airports in the future, they will target busy times on the front end of the airport when/where people are checking in. For example, it would be easy for someone to take two suitcases of explosives, walk up to a busy check-in line, ask a person next to them to watch their bags for a minute while they run to the restroom, and then detonate the bags BEFORE security even gets involved. In Israel , security checks bags BEFORE people can even ENTER the airport.
Aviv says the next terrorist attack here in America is imminent and will involve suicide bombers and non-suicide bombers in places where large groups of people congregate, such as Disneyland, Las Vegas casinos, shopping malls, subways in rush hour, train stations, etc., as well as in rural America this time (Wyoming, Montana, etc.). The attack will be characterized by simultaneous detonations around the country involving at least 5-8 cities, including rural areas. Aviv says terrorists won't need to use suicide bombers in many of the larger cities, because at places like the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, they can simply valet park a car loaded with explosives and walk away.
Aviv says all of the above is well known in intelligence circles, but that our U.S. Government does not want to 'alarm American citizens' with the facts. The world, however, is soon going to become 'a different place', Aviv says, where issues like 'global warming' and political correctness will have become totally irrelevant. On an encouraging note, Aviv says that Americans don't have to be concerned about being nuked. He says the terrorists who want to destroy America will not use sophisticated weapons. Instead, they like to use suicide, as it's cheap, it's easy, and it's effective and they have an infinite abundance of young, ignorant, fanatic militants more than willing to 'go see Allah'.
Aviv also says the next level of terrorists over which America should be most concerned will not be coming from abroad. They will instead be 'home grown' meaning they will have attended and been educated in our own schools and universities right here in the U.S. These young terrorists will be most dangerous because they will know our language and will fully understand the habits of Americans; but that we Americans won't know/understand a thing about them.
So, what can America do to protect itself? From an intelligence perspective, Aviv says the U.S. needs to stop relying on satellites and technology for its intelligence. Instead, we need to follow Israel 's, Ireland 's and England 's hands-on examples of human intelligence, both from an infiltration perspective as well as to trust 'aware' citizens to help. We need to engage and educate ourselves as citizens; however, our U.S. Government continues to treat us, its citizens, 'like babies'. Our government thinks we can't handle the truth' and are concerned that we'll panic if we understand the realities of terrorism. Aviv says this is a deadly mistake.
Aviv recently created/executed a security test for Congress by placing an empty briefcase in five well-traveled spots in five major cities. The results? Not one person called 911 or sought a policeman to check it out. In fact, in Chicago , someone tried to steal the briefcase!
In comparison, Aviv says that citizens of Israel are so well 'trained' that an unattended bag or package would be reported in seconds by citizen(s) who know to publicly shout, 'Unattended Bag!' The area would be quickly & calmly cleared by the citizens themselves. But, unfortunately, America hasn't been 'hurt enough' yet by terrorism for their government to fully understand the need to educate its citizens or for the government to understand that it's the citizens who are, inevitably, the best first-line of defense against terrorism.
Aviv also was concerned about the high number of children who were in preschool and kindergarten after 9/11, children who were basically 'lost' without parents being able to pick them up, and schools that had no plan in place to best care for the students until their parents could get there. (In New York City , in some cases this was days!) He stresses the importance of having a plan that's agreed upon within your family, to respond to in the event of a terrorist emergency . He urges parents to contact their children's schools and demand that the schools, too, develop plans of actions, as they do in Israel . He says we should all have a plan that is easy enough for even our youngest children to remember and follow.

Dear BHW Sisters, Wow! ... Finding time to Blog is getting harder and harder ... but ... I wanted to reinforce a message I have tried to deliver over many, many years ... I am caught up in the tasks of suddenly having to assist in remediating problems with my families' rentals. Both properties are in the process of screening potential tenants and after renovating one of the properties after finally getting a non-payer out ... you can count on the fact that fatigue is a part of this process ... I have come to SEE more clearly than ever before that finding SUBSTANCE and QUALITY is not as easy as it once was ... Finding people who will stand behind the proposals they make is not easy ... Mold has never been a part of either house's history ... and yet, after being in this property for less than a year, we find that the tenant we allowed to move into the renovated home has brought this problem with them ... I say this because she said they had the "same" problem before and they just used Clorox. We would never even have known of the problem if we had not tried to show the house this past weekend. Good grief! ... ... Suddenly, the problem was before us ... a problem we should not have to be facing ... Hmmmmm ... It has been difficult to find a company who will do the job for a reasonable price and stand by the work they do ... a guarantee that the mold will not return IF we select them ... not even six months! ... ??? ... ... Am I venting? ... ... Perhaps ... but ... there IS sooo much TRUTH in what I AM trying to message ... SUBSTANCE and QUALITY are not so easily found in the current environment we ALL live in ... Dear BHW Sisters, What a week it has been! ... ... Just as I was about to turn off the TV and head for the airport ... the Breaking News caught my attention ... Darn! ... I am sooo glad that this episode ended quickly ... It took others 7 years to track down the Atlanta bomber ... That is what I heard as I listened to the news over this past week ... Precious lives lost ... and ... none of us will ever figure out WHY some are taken and some are not ... The riddle of life makes for lifelong questioning IF we allow it ... IF we realize that things over which we have no control must simply be accepted ... and dealt with ... we realize that life must go on ... that as long as we have breath within us, we must do what we EACH can to make a meaningful difference in how we ALL live ... I honor the people of Boston ... They demonstrate UNequivocally just what the fabric of the American psyche IS all about ... Bravo! ... Kudos! ... ... ... ... OUR resilience and OUR willingness to get up and make things better despite the evil that sometimes chooses to visit us in our daily lives ... These qualities were on display by the Bostonians and OUR great President and his Administration during this past week ... Since my return, I have been too busy to post my thoughts, but ... I decided to sit down for a few minutes and s-t-r-e-t-c-h for what I AM seeking to share from this awful experience ... I have decided that, personally, I need to slow down ... to re-evaluate all that I spend my time on and HOW I spend my time ... WE must ALL do what we EACH can to figure out WHY some young men are lost in our society ... We only need look at the events of the last several years to SEE with great clarity that it IS the population of lost young men who seem to take out their frustrations in random acts of violence ... WHY is this? ... HOW can this pattern be eradicated? ... I do NOT pay lip service to anything in life ... We are either part of the SOLUTION or part of the problem ... I, for one, will try harder to figure this out and do what I can to help solve the root of the problem ... It DOES reside somewhere in the fabric of our society ... WE need to face facts ... There IS something terribly wrong with how some young men are treated ... WHAT makes them feel so "lost" ... so "frustrated"? ... ... Dear BHW Sisters, L'est the Opposition get away with their "spin," I'd like to say ... it is NOT about spending ... It IS about refreshing OUR infrastructure so we are competitive in the world ... and so horrible accidents can be AVOIDED ... It IS about supporting OUR young people so they can get a good education and compete anywhere in the world ... ... It IS about supporting OUR elderly population so they need not fret in their old age ... I AM part of that group, but I do not fret and I don't plan on collecting Social Security till I'm 70 years old .. ... ... WE, as citizens, need to contribute to the competitiveness of OUR great nation IF we are to make meaningful ... purposeful ... contributions to OUR way of life ... I get VERY upset when the Opposition focuses on "spending" ... when it was the prior Administration that neglected OUR infrastructure and cut OUR taxes when we needed the revenue to keep up with the needs of OUR citizens ... Dear BHW Sisters, I have been waiting in the lobby of the Sheraton Gateway for about 4 hours and they tell me it may be another 2 hours before I can get a room ... After flying most of the night, I am obviously not a happy camper ... So, I thought I would share an insight ... As often as I travel, Sheraton is one of the very few chains which consistently treats their customers in this fashion ... Hilton and Marriott NEVER give me any problem with early check-in ... Four Seasons is another chain that often makes you wait for your room ... Isn't it time we, as consumers, start to make our displeasure public? ... Let's support the chains that don't play such silly "games" ... Penny-wise ... dollar-foolish, if you ask me ... Yes, that is true, but ... the Baby Boomers are retiring at the rate of about10,000 per day, so in a typical month ... THAT accounts for about 300,000 of the 500,000 that many commentators are referring to without DISCLOSURE of the impact of the retiring Baby Boomers ... TRUTH is not easy to come by, especially when some people want to "spin" the news ... SAD, indeed! ...

Dear BHW Sisters, Happy Easter! ... ... Human history has been something I have studied from time to time in my personal walk through life ... Probably the greatest gift from my college professors was their ability to translate their personal "thirst for knowledge" and their ability to share it and the fruits of it with me and all of their students ... As I take this day to reflect on what my personal journey has taught me ... I am struggling after a too demanding schedule and my UNwillingness to admit that I can't keep up the pace I have tried to keep up all of my adult life and particularly in the last 4 - 5 years ... ... ... I have tried to deal with the world we all share and the relationships it has gifted me with ... To say that I have learned a LOT and that I keep learning a LOT would nevertheless prove to be an UNDERstatement ... ... In recent years I have found myself stepping forth in courage and belief that ALL will unfold as it should and as it was meant to BE ... searching for meaning and purpose that fulfills a life well-lived ... ALL of my life I have paid attention to the "signs along the highway" ... and despite my personal desire to embrace the good and walk away from the relationships that do not serve what I perceive as "my highest and best purpose" ... there are times when I have to wonder ... wonder at the feedback that comes to me from a variety of sources ... trying to make sense of it ALL ... wondering at the dissonance that appears from time to time that seem to contradict the great teachings and teachers of the world ... Hmmmm ... WHAT does it ALL mean? ... ... I don't have the answers ... but ... I TRUST that it will come in due time ... at the RIGHT time ... ... Time to BE selective ... Spring cleaning IS coming ... WHAT will it bring? ... ... I need to become more aware of my personal limitations ... Physically, since 1998, my body has been telling me something ... I need to pay attention ... I need to set priorities ... and revisit my personal goals ... I have already achieved what most people dream about ... but ... it has been the search for meaning and purpose which has seemed to evade me ... Despite helping a LOT of people achieve material dreams ... the sacrifices I have made personally to some make little sense ... maybe I AM beginning to SEE the wisdom of the more practical amongst us ... Dear BHW Sisters, As I watched "The Ed Show" yesterday on MSNBC, I was greatly heartened by listening and watching Scott Prouty, the person who made that famous 47% tape of Governor Romney showing EVERYONE exactly what he REALLY thought ... I was deeply moved by the EVERYDAY HERO that Scott Prouty represents ... Someone who in a moment of destiny seizes it to "change the course of history" ... Sharing TRUTH so EVERYONE can SEE CLEARLY ... What an awesome person he IS ... ... ... ... TRUTH IS ALL POWERFUL ... and I applaud ALL the EVERYDAY HEROES who speak TRUTH ... ... ... ... Listening to Scott's story and understanding the soul-searching that he had to do in order to decide to "go public" with the tape ... Dear BHW Sisters, As I get busier and more tired, I find my ability to tolerate the dissonance out in the REAL world has become tested ... more often than it had been in the past ... Sometimes, I wonder at my willingness to tolerate all the negatives that surround me ... I have often dreamed in an idealized way what the world would BE like ... IF ONLY ... ... ... The coping skills I learned in my pursuit of my Bachelor's Degree have served me inordinately well over the years ... Psychology as a field of study has much to recommend it ... ... Sometimes, I do dream about having followed that path ... I wonder where it might have led me ... but ... I am quickly drawn back by the quiet and sometimes unquiet reminders of ALL the reasons why I chose a detour ... ... This fine morning as I have in recent days rediscovered Oprah and been tuning in when time permits ... multi-tasking as I listen ... Don Miguel Ruiz of The Four Agreements happened to be on in the last couple of days ... I haven't caught the entire interview, but ... I was reminded of the book and how it came into my life ... I was also reminded of HOW many things enter OUR lives ... BEing OPEN to RECEIVE ... ... ... ... Over the last 3 or 4 years, I have pursued with a passion knowledge of what I do daily ... It has led me to travel like never before in all the years of my BEing in this industry ... and I have found a FREEDOM I had not known before ... LIBERATING and ENERGIZING!!! ... ... ... ... Technology has made possible the travel I do ... FREEING ME TO BE ... ... ... I cannot begin to tell you how HAPPY I AM to be living in these times ... and having my son assist me with technology ... OMG! ... HOW AWESOME IS THAT?! ... ... ... ... Anyhoo, technology has enabled sharing like never before ... and when we are open to receive ... we receive ... ... In recent days, I came upon an e-mail that I decided to open and read and participate in a webinar launching a service that assists people doing what I do ... It IS so simple that I wonder whether it will really work for me and what I do ... I know I can't use ALL of the ideas for a lot of reasons I don't need to get into here, but ... I thought I would share the serendipitous occurence with ALL of you ... Let's SEE if this simplifies my life ... I have been OVERworked and VERY tired for much too long ... and I have known for some time now that I need to simply my life ... Well ... HAPPY SUNDAY, everyone! ... ... "The U.S. government said Friday that the economy added 236,000 jobs in February – much stronger than the prior month.
Meanwhile, the unemployment rate fell to 7.7% from 7.9%. A total of 12 million people remain unemployed.
Going forward, it remains to be seen what impact the recent forced budget cuts in Washington will have on the economy. Experts have forecast the cuts will cause a loss of jobs and a slowdown in growth, but for the most part the spending reductions have not yet kicked in." - CNN ...
