So you’re ready to try The Master Cleanse, but not sure if it’s actually safe and good for you?

Yes I believe it’s safe… as I and millions of others have done it without any issues… but you have to determine for yourself based on knowing your own health… if you can do it and how long your body can handle it. To receive the greatest benefits the recommendation is a minimum of 10 days, but giving your body a break from ingesting, digesting and assimilating food for even a few days is a fantastic advantage.

I’ve done the Master Cleanse many times since I discovered it 5 years ago… and I do it at least once a year for the full 10 days. But let me tell you the first couple of days are always rough because I have to fight the emotional desire to eat and there’s usually a headache involved at some point.

However after the first two days, as long as you’re drinking enough of the Master Cleanse Spicy Lemonade throughout the day, you should only be dealing with a little rumbly tummy, but you shouldn’t feel too hungry. And be sure to drink plenty of water as well.

And as a side note… I personally think the Master Cleanse mixture taste GREAT! The sweet, sour and spicy flavor helps keep me from craving and thinking about any particular food.

Kalyani’s Master Cleanse “Spicy Lemonade” Recipe

 

32 oz Water - leaving space to account for the rest of the ingredients (that’s my jug pictured above)

1/3 cup Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice from organic lemons (I pick ours from the orchard in our neighborhood.)

4 tablespoons Organic Honey (You can also use Maple Syrup which is the recommended ingredient, but I prefer honey, even though it’s not vegan.)

1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (or more depending on how spicy you like it)

1/2 tablespoon Ground Chia Seeds (This is my secret ingredient to help keep things movin through the system.)

a pinch of Stevia to taste

Drink 3-4 of these jugs each day

Most importantly make sure you have your mind set, because you most likely will experience emotional disturbance when you’re not able to eat food.

This might be a good time to do some extra reading, writing and affirmation work.

And set your intention to remain committed to do the Master Cleanse for how ever many days you can handle it, keeping in mind that the first couple days will be tougher than the rest, so don’t quit at the first sign of it kickin your butt. Push through it… you can do it!

The way things are these days… I believe me and my friends and all the young people my age have to take action to wake people up… it’s NOW or NEVER!

Hi my name is Javani and I am 10 years old.

Maybe I am not a typical 10 year old that is mostly concerned about doing good in sports or what brand of tennis shoes I want to wear, not that there is anything wrong with that, but I have other concerns.

Times are different now and thanks to technology I can go on my iPad and find any information I want in seconds. With the touch of my finger I can see my favorite animals around the world, which by the way I do all the time, I can find out about other cultures, and even about planets and galaxies! I think it’s just amazing that people have figured out all these things and how to make it available to everyone. It’s super cool!

But there are other things that don’t make any sense to me. I am beginning to think that most of the adults are in some type of sleep or maybe they got brainwashed at some point.

What are they thinking? How much longer until they realize that things definitely are not working!

Like I was saying, through the Internet we can see what’s going on in our communities, in our country and just about anywhere in the world. There is no way they can hide the facts or try to convince us differently.

Like I said, maybe they are sleeping or hypnotized, but we are not. God created a beautiful planet for us to live in peace and since we now have alternatives for everything, people don’t have to be destroying nature, animals and each other like past generations did.

Remember I am only 10… in 10 more years what do you think is going to happen? It doesn’t take a rocket scienctist to figure out that you guys need to wake up if you want us to have a tomorrow! It’s my sister, Jamaili, my friends and mua that are going to be the ones dealing with this big old mess unless you make some radical changes now.

I really should not even need to be worried about these things, but at this point, you are not really giving me any choice.

One thing I know for sure is that my friends and I are glad that we are not the ones responsible for all this. I would be feeling pretty bad about it… if you know what I mean.

Anyway I think you should get over your differences because this is not about you.

I personally agree with my parents, at this point Families collaborating with each other is all we have, because everyone else is just making promises with zip, zero, nada changes!

Oh, one more thing… Can you guys please get over your know it all attitude and realize that we all have something to share regardless of age, race, sex or any other silly things you may have learned from your parents?

My parents taught me to always think positive, so I want to believe that people are going to take this to their heart and know that I am not putting anyone down. I want to believe that you were doing your best, but now is time to do better!
